What is Email Marketing?

Email marketing allows you to interact with your audience based on your own criteria. Once you capture someone’s email address, you can establish a direct communication channel with that person. Therefore, email subscribers are your most valuable followers. But just because you have email subscribers doesn’t mean they are turning into customers. Can hundreds or thousands of users without significantly increasing the conversion rate. However, you can earn thousands of dollars in sales through hundreds of email lists.

Here are some tips for maximizing the results of email marketing campaigns in Michigan.

Focus on Collecting the Right Subscribers

When acquiring new customers, email is 40 times more efficient than Facebook or Twitter and it’s tempting to try to buy as many email subscribers as possible, but all subscribers are not equal. They can least interest in using your product, it is a waste of money and effort. When you offer content that is highly appealing for free, you end up with participants who are not interested in your product. Rather than trying to get the email address of anyone and everyone, strategically analyze how to optimize the collection of correct email addresses.

The Right Times to Email Clients

Some emails are natural, such as a confirmation email after a customer creates an account or places an order. Some are not so obvious. The best time to send a message in an email marketing campaign includes:

  • When the promotion starts
  • Before the end of the promotion
  • After adding a new service or product
  • After major changes to your policies or business practices
  • After launching a new website or redesigning an existing website
  • If you have an online store, give up the shopping cart reminder
  • Seasonal service reminder

The Time of Day Matters as Well

When we say, “the right time,” we don’t just mean the time of year. We also refer to the time of day. Ideally, you should email your customers by email in the morning or morning before the standard 9-5 business days. There is a bit of flexibility on the weekend, but you should still shoot when your customers are awake and online. Many automated email marketing programs send emails when most people are asleep, sometimes between 3 am and 5 am. The theory is that a person will wake up, check his or her email, and see the message at the beginning of the day. What happened was that the person’s inbox was overwhelmed overnight, and he or she first deleted all emails that sent spam in the morning.

Keep the Content Short and Scan-able

Most people don’t take the time to read every word in an email. They want to get the purpose right. Don’t spend too much time importing emails or filling out boring information. Get the goods and provide links to your website, blog posts, products, services, etc., as appropriate.

Be Mobile-Friendly

Many of your email recipients will experience the email on their mobile devices. In fact, 55% of emails are opened on mobile devices. If your email is not suitable for mobile devices, you may not be able to provide a good experience for more than half of people. You want your email to adapt to your mobile client. You should try to shorten the paragraphs and make sure that the emails are laid out in an easy-to-scan way. Before you start writing any marketing emails, you should develop a template or format for mobile users.
